We want you to love your BaubleBar pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your jewelry or accessories in their original BaubleBar pouches and boxes, then seal them in a shipping mailer with the prepaid label attached.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
